Wee! Our honeymoon - 3 days and 2 nights in Hong Kong - was a blast! And alas! It's come to a sudden end. We wish we had more time on our hands...but Mrs. H had loads of fun! (shopping, hehe). We went to...
...most of the major tourist spots and boy was it busy! For us it was coz we're not accustomed to that many people.
When we landed in HK International Airport at Lantau Island, what we did first was changeover our Philippines Pesos into Hong Kong Dollars. We had roughly PHP 8000 leftover which was equivalent to roughtly HKD 1800. We always thought of things in terms of Australian Dollars and the exchange rate varied from 1 AUD = 6.3-6.7 HKD.
Then I rang SkyCity Marriott (SkyCity precedes the hotel name because of location, not affiliation; I checked beforehand coz I thought I could get a discount off our stay and whatnot). They told us to speak to the hotel desk at the airport to get a free ride to the hotel. After waiting a few minutes, we were ushered onto a people-mover with our luggages safely down the back.

- Disneyland
- Ocean Park
- Victoria Peak
- Big Buddha
- and Women's Avenue!

IT WAS THE BEST EVERYTHING! Best day of our lives ever...bestest greatest awesomest wedding one could ever imagine!!! All that we had wished for came true and all that we wanted were fulfilled and all that we had imagined it to be was IT. All those things big and small that we worked so hard for, came together and became OUR DAY! It started off with...
...the weather. It was pretty cloudy and started pouring a little bit at around 2 in the afternoon.

It's actually Thursday, but it might as well be Friday. Any day before the Big Day can be termed as Friday. This Friday usually starts on that week's Monday. And continues on til the day itself.
COMPLETE RADIO SILENCE is a must! It will begin on the last day up until the end of the honeymoon.
